SMS Welcome flows are now live
Turn on a dedicated SMS Welcome flow and text new subscribers as soon as they opt in to SMS.
This is a standalone flow rather than SMS added to your existing Welcome flow. It has its own trigger, its own touchpoints and its own copy, and it does not replace or delay the email welcome a shopper is already in. Welcome copy is the most bespoke content most brands write, so this flow hands you the message to write rather than generating it. A shopper who signs up with a phone number and no email address now gets a welcome as well, where before they heard nothing from you until your next SMS campaign.
