SMS is now available in all Abandonment Flows and all Stock Flows
Add SMS to every abandonment and stock flow, including Browse, Collection and Session Abandonment, Low in Stock and Back in Stock.
SMS in flows started with your Checkout and Cart Abandonment flows. It now covers every abandonment flow and every stock flow, and turning it on works the same way in each one. That puts a text in front of a shopper who browsed a product, left a collection page, ended a session without buying, or is waiting on a product that is low or back in stock. Each of those moments can now reach a shopper by SMS as well as email.
- SMS can now be turned on for every abandonment flow and every stock flow
- Five more flows support SMS: Browse Abandonment, Collection Abandonment, Session Abandonment, Low in Stock and Back in Stock
- If SMS is enabled on your account, open the flow and select Enable SMS on this Flow in the banner at the top
- Each flow then sends a text alongside its emails, so a shopper who signed up by phone hears from you too
